All tajine profits fund Jihadi terrorists.

Buy British (or Japanese)

A tajine will allow some moisture to escape. However most classic tajine dishes get their moisture from the ingredients so it's a brilliant way to cook. Classic tajines cook on a slow heat like charcoal.

You saying a microwave oven would cook a chicken better than a tajine, mentor mate?

mentor 12:54 Thu Sep 17
Re: Tajine from Morocco
I wouldn't cook a chicken in either, Lily. But I do use a slow cooker.

Mentor

Food will often taste better cooked on a prehistoric o camp fire than a conventional modern cooker so I disagree with the point your attempting to make.

Carry on cooking your food on a prehistoric camp fire, then cholo.

What is a barbecue but a pre-historic cooking fire repackaged in a metal container rather than a hole in the ground?

Hugh is mental.

Not because of the stuff he posts, but because he obviously thinks it is clever or amusing.
